IRCC extends policy that allow workers to change employers while waiting on a decision

On May 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is extending the public policy that allows foreign nationals that are workers in Canada and hold a closed work permit to change employers while waiting on a decision, if the requirements and guidelines are met.
