Manitoba invites 212 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence

On September 10th 2020, Manitoba invited 212 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence. This year Manitoba has issued a total of 3,511 letters of advice to apply (“Letter of Advice to Apply” – LAAs).

These 212 invitations were made through its three streams under the following distribution:

• Skilled workers overseas: 9 LAAs
• Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 168 LAAs
• International Education Stream: 35 LAAs

Manitoba continues to run draws to invite candidates prioritizing the candidates with the highest scores as well as the labor demand in the province.
